"Iusaas" was the consort of atum. The Egyptians saw reality itself as always having masculine and feminine aspects so naturally even the first god who created himself through masturbation had to have a feminine aspect as well. Atum erupted through the ben ben on the primordial mound and iusaas was the walls of the ben ben that pointed him upward so t(he)y could give birth to upward and downward as the sky was ripped from the earth at zep tepi. The Boat of Re was the pyramid with iusaas in its prow.
The wadjet or uraeus was just a "serpent" in a language that defined "serpent" as a "flow of fluids", ie- moving liquids and gasses. The wadjet protected the king by drowning, suffocating, or poisoning those who would disrupt the eye of horus in the land of rainbows.
There is no explanation in any book of the origin of any of the so called religious or magical terms. They don't exist and can't exist because the Egyptological model is wholly wrong. If they knew what any of these terms at all meant or where they originated they wouldn't believe in superstitious bumpkins.
On the other hand knowing the context for your original translation might help me in unpredictable ways.

Man fears the pyramid, time fears man.
