I'd say you are ignoring the detail. I'd say you have ignored every counterpoint put to you and have not answered one question.

Evidently that is incorrect.

It means nothing. It is Bauval's whimsical tale with nothing to support it and still does not tell us which star was visible from the DP or shafts.
I find these ideas of the shafts being a conduit to launch a soul on a specific trajectory, just plain silly.
Since they insist on telling us the AE believed souls would fly to the heavens, would have been much easier for souls to look up and see their destination. Or were they also blind. After entering the shaft the soul was then zigzagged through it's path to the exterior of the pyramid only to find it hadn't gone far at all, hadn't even left Giza, and still had a tremendous distance to fly. Not much help those shafts.
This idea of the shafts being a conduit for souls is one of the more ridiculous ones.

You did this with GPS? When did GPS become an astronomy tool for the past? You wouldn't be pulling my foot would you Manu?

Which is where Thanos came in to negate the shaft star alignment idea, making the conversation flow along a subject line.

Thanos replied to your original post in a manner that followed the subject; shaft and DP alignment.
You have ignored all counterpoints put to you and have not answered one question.
You are being most uncooperative.

Why? Why would I want to find another era that duplicates alignments that no one can show existed and had no meaning for the pyramid builders?
Why would I want to spend time duplicating a foolish idea?

You forget the alignments of the shafts which further narrow the possibilities since all four targets have to be in place at the same time for the shafts to aim at them.
1) King Chamber south shaft pointed to Alnitak
2) Queen Chamber south shaft pointed to Sirius
3) King Chamber north shaft pointed to Alpha Thuban
4) Queen Chamber north shaft pointed to Ursa minor at Kochab
