Using this logic then they weren't aware that the sun rises north of the equator in the summer because they listed only three "cardinal" directions for the sunrise; east, centre, and south. Or we could presume they just named the north as "centre".
The logic here seems highly tentative reading this as modern language. In all cases it is internally inconsistent and it is inconsistent with modern knowledge as well as the knowledge they are shown to have had.

We pretend to understand this writing but the simple fact is Egyptology understands nothing at all in it. Everything they believe about the culture is contradicted at least once in it. It can not be used to support ANY part of the paradigm and without the PT there is nothing left. Orthodoxy is a construct based on several key assumptions and the one that led them astray is that the pyramid builders were just like the authors of the book of the dead. They simply assumed the Pyramid Texts meant the same thing as the book of the dead so they've never understood it in whole or in part!
