Evasion? Or obfuscation?
Strange that he can bring up an aspect of the topic, but as soon as anyone else pursues that aspect he replies with ....
"What do you mean by that" ...without ever coming close to illuminating the panel as to what HE meant by that.
As a highly respected colleague of mine is oft heard to say...
