For the record, some of that magnificent stonework has indeed brought a few people to tears who see the far greater implications of the need and purpose of such massive, complex, and precise engineering, especially when compared to the implausibly (to me) simplistic paradigm that we've been led to believe up until now.
If an accurate life size "sculpture" (ie, model) of such a girdle stone was on display at MOMA entitled simply "Pyramid Girdle Stone - Giza - date undetermined" with a proper humble description, I predict there would be a fair share of patrons who be drawn, if not to tears, then in the very least, to breathtaking, jaw-dropping awe.
