That Doctor Femano appoints himself arbiter, demanding evidence of others while producing none himself, is not an issue for him. He sees no need to justify it. He merely assumes a right to do so. Such is the arrogance to which I object.
You have some evidence, Doctor? Some answers to the unanswered questions (all of them) on your posited “other” pyramid builders?
No? Then your tedious, witless and purely personal fantasies have no call on our attention and you may stop pretending that they do.
