Thanks for the effort, DUNE.

Have you considered looking into the tectonic faults of Lebanon and the ongoing rotation of the Arabian plate (with its slowly changing fulcrum over the ages!) to see whether there might have been a time in the distant past when Baalbek aligned with correlative points in Giza?
