So you believe other civilizations outside Egypt "surely affected" pyramid building in Egypt, but where is your own "shred of evidence" that Dynastic Egyptians actually built them in the 3rd millennium BC? And what is your cause-and-effect evidence regarding which civilizations affected pyramid building in Egypt as well as when those other civilizations had their influence on pyramid building?
