If you're really interested in what is true and false, you have to be aware of your own conditioning, and stop thinking in terms of a pathetic few thousand years. That is the major mistake most of the people are making all the time - thinking in a few thousand years. If you're in this poor state of awareness, you will demand for "evidence", like an average scientist does. If you find evidence it will be off the scale of Carbon14.

Where would the evidence be of our civilization over about 100,000 years? Or maybe 200,000 years? How would this "evidence" look like? Try to imagine this first.
