The 5th Dynasty is a marked time of cultural evolution so not surprising to see this here which seems further testament when comparing to Khufu-Khaf.

The false doors in Djoser's pyramid are the only false doors I can find pictures of. The problem with the 3rd Dynasty is that there are few tombs to be found and prior to the 4th Dynasty they decorated using using wood panel stele of which few are left:

The transition to a definitive false door motif is suggested to have evolved from palace facade architecture which the recessed panels (niches) represented the "false door" which sometimes slab-stele were placed in the 2nd Dynasty. I think this is a stretch because when you look at the false doors in Djoser's pyramid, which would be the 1st false doors of their kind, they are fully evolved and unmistakably "doors", yet another sudden leap from what is found directly before in the 2nd Dynasty.
