The Dry Moat Surrounding the Step Pyramid Complex at Saqqara
The source is a PDF so there is a zoom feature when you view it on the bottom left of your monitor. You may need t hover your mouse in that area to reveal it.
What I said in the OP is all I got at this point. I see a serekh, but can't make out who it is and can't make out what is next to it though it looks like a cartouche. I think it is important to date this object so figuring out the names on it is crucial.
