You haven't answered the implied question; who should we use for an expert witness? Someone trying to reason out how, when, and why the Great Pyramid was built and employing reason and logic or experts who simply assumed the answers to these questions 150 years ago and refuse to use logical means to falsify them?
If I were the judge I'd not let an Egyptologist testify to anything he can't show. I would take his opinions on parsing, shards, and bones as gospel and I would rule as irrelevant anything derived from a belief that G1 was a tomb dragged... ...well... ...I think you know where this is headed.
Justice is blind but no need that it also be senseless.
Man fears the pyramid, time fears man.
