For the record, Jason Covalito has a distinguished record in doing what he does. Apart from his website and blogs he even has his own Wiki page which states "His work has been cited in The Huffington Post[8][9] and on the History Channel" which is great. His integrity is not in question, and his considered personal view is every bit as valid as yours or mine. But we know from which direction he comes at this, even as I am aware of my own bias in referring to it as a "hatchet job". I don't know if it is such, because like the others on here I have not read the book. Unlike the others on here, I am prepared to wait to read the book before declaring it a "dud" or even "uninteresting" - even if I withdraw my "hatchet job" comment, their pre-judgement will thunder on.
