There is no hard evidence regarding who did that construction or when that construction was done (other than it was done before the Dynastic era). That is a pretty simple point. And only after we acknowledge it was possible for the dynastics to do that kind of work can we begin to move into productive discussions about who built them and when they were built, and even why they were built, without having to volley to defend what has been shown to be indefensible after centuries of massaging the evidence into one big self-consistant contrivance.
