First of all, Please forgive me for my english as it is not my first language.
Respectfully, I think the reason that Giza pyramids are subject to such a large volume of debates is itself a sign of uncertainties around the issue. If the great pyramid (and other alike pyramids) are actually built by AE civilization, then we should be able to provide some firm evidence for that. As far as I know, there is still no definitive understanding of how they were built using AE technology. The internal ramp theory, which If I am not mistaken is believed to be the most probable one, is still hanging in the air. Not to mention the context of "built to be tomb" given by egyptologists that has not proven to be convincible by many. I am wondering, If the evidence for the current mainstream beliefs is itself not up to the standards to be fully convincible, How can one present concrete evidence for involvement of a more ancient civilization in construction of pyramids? But this does not imply that AEs built the pyramids. All we can do is to be highly "suspicious" about the current beliefs. Is it not the time that we change our perspective and utilize the new technologies in such a way to look for clues? I think the current technologies can indeed help in this regard.
Until the high standard scientific methods are not utilized by fresh minds and new perspective, I don't think there can be shown any concrete evidence that reveals involvement of pre-AE civilization in building of the pyramids.
