No, just an idiot. I have already said how the Ptolemies built this structure in phases over a nearly 200yr period with the reliefs in question having been carved by Ptolemy XII nearly 100yrs after the front pylons (the facade) were completed. The Ptolemaic pharaohs who constructed it had no intention of carving reliefs all over the pylons, but then came along Ptolemy XII in 57BC who decided it would be awesome to "draw all over it". Ptolemy XII was kind of a dick like that and did the same thing to his predecessors about 150yrs after the pylons at the Ptolemaic Temple of Isis at Philae were completed as well:


What is it you are not comprehending? Do you think the Greeks were not capable of building either the Temple of Horus or Isis and the reliefs known to have been added by a later pharaoh are somehow proof of this? Whaaat?? Tell me-do you think this was built by the Greeks in the 5th century BC or a LC tens of thousands if not millions of years ago:
