I'd used google and google scholar, but hadn't thought to use images.
I found an image that is attributed to Posnansy's book "Tihuanacu, the Cradle of the American Man."
If my Spanish is still any good, it appears to be an elongated skull found in the vicinity of Tiahuanaco.
