So far as I could ever tell, it came from Rick Richards who says it's from Vyse's "journal". To my knowledge it's not. Rick may made have made a modification of what was in Sitchin's "Journeys to the Mythical Past" pg. 26. Sitchin wrote that he went to the BM and saw the cartouche in the "Hill facsimiles" and the circle had a smudged dot in the center and not lines. But that's not what Scott saw when he went to the BM.

But it looks very much like this photo from PBS television which has bothered me for years.
