Now that was an interesting read, part two especially , although the amount of statistical information, for me at least was a problem, but what i got from all those confusing Carbon dates was why was it not possible from the very beginning when they undertook the dating project to agree on where to take the samples from, and if those samples were taken from a central position close to the pyramids base, where no one had been before , even it if entailed digging into the core a few yards, then no one could argue their authenticity on the grounds of outside contamination .
Agreed it would require a lot more work and of course the will to hack into the core masonry would present another problem from the Egyptian authorities to allow such intrusive work inside the pyramids, but at the end of the day it could settle the dating chronology of the Dynasties once and for all, so basically what im trying to say is do the bloody job properly, ie bring in the experts who know what to do.
