Your question is simplistic. Jealousy can be a nasty emotion that leads to destructive behavior.
Or this could be a matter of a minor disappointment, as you say. When minor, it does not cause one to hurt others.
On this board, be it jealousy or disappointment, the result is a need to hurt others.
This need to inflict pain is a bad one. Do you see any other objective for this incessant character assassination?
