You're playing the semantic game. Some do use the word "primitive" in regards to different aspects of their lives. Sometimes they disguise 'primitive' with other words like - highly skilled considering the tools they had. The tools were primitive but the people who made the tools were not? So were they primitive in some areas but not in others?
