Of course the legal circumstances surrounding the how and why the sample was obtained will have no effect whatsoever on any result consisting of an analyses and report of purely hard physical evidence carried out by the aforementioned European lab which is acting totally ethically and scientifically and is in no way influenced one way or the other by the totally unrelated politics of sample acquisition.
Let's wait and see what Dr. Gorlitz has to say.
