Which stones would those be?
The big, sort of brownish rectangular ones.
Actually, I may have recalled the temple incorrectly:
"There are also examples at Giza (see below) of limestone blocks weighing as much as 200 and 400 tons. In the 18th Dynasty, two colossal statues of Amenhotep III (the "Colossi of Memnon"), each weighing more than 700 tons, were moved an overland distance of 700 km."
