How did they move those gigantic rocks?
They used bars, ropes and rolls. Moving large masses is quite simple job, I know because I am engineer, but I do not understand how it is possible to create so awesome stone statues than Egyptians, Creeks, Romans, and particularly renaissance Italian made. The stones in Göbekli tepi are huge, but the art is ugly. I have never seen stunning art of primitive culture. (Picasso had different opinion, but neither do I like Picasso's art) Also present day art, In my opinion, is ugly. We can not beat the old Italian masters. My point is that art is often bigger wonder than engineering work.
