In other words a massive cataclysmic displacement similar in size to the Northern Hemispheric ice cap impact (up to two miles wide) with inertia of a 60,000 mile an hour impact. There wouldn't have been nano-diamonds created to prove this, but Greenland core samples of this epoch period show sudden massive hydration of the atmosphere as Schoch points out in the erosion of the Sphinx and his correction of dating of it to 10,000 years which this coincides. But a single event erosion is evident right up to the Cordilleran Syncline, just open your eyes. Local folklore of a massive flood from the interior adds to this suggestion (Pukara Grande/Uru legend). How would you explain the presence of Titicaca one of the oldest lakes on earth and fresh water to boot? Lake Tauca was drained as the receding waters would have eroded previous barriers between the inland sea and the ocean. You can see these massive channels in several areas of the coastline. Then you would have the endorheic cycle following this evacuation. But these deposits of salt on the Altiplano are sea salts not metamorphic crystalizations.
You've not provided a shred to disclaim this suggestion. So what explanation do you have that dismisses this? And don't start with Paleo lakes. The sea salt deposits on the Altiplano don't match up with this evaporation claim. I assume you also claim the Carlson/Hancock hypothesis of cataclysmic impact on the northern ice caps didn't happen either despite the obvious evidence of the Wallula Gap and Dry Falls of Washington State, am I correct? If so, I need not waste my time on another dogmatic uniformitarian.
