As I have asked before, how would you explain the fact that while the Aztec, Mayan and Inca were so advanced in areas of astrology, written language (even books) and advanced architectural design and the North American 1st Nations were still living in the Stone Age

Because the stone age is the golden age and the following technological advancements are the characteristic of the following ones where the age of steel is the most degenerate. They were not in the golden age...
