Tiahuanaco's elevation is almost 2.5 miles above sea level. Had some tsunami washed over the area, the wave would have to have been at least that high, and it's almost 200 miles inland. Such waves leave more than something that looks kinda like a "ruffle" (or whatever you said,) especially when they travel 200 miles inland at over 12,500 feet heights.

Never happened.

The saline lakes in the area became that way due to evaporation. The lakes you're talking about have no outflow. Where do you think the water goes?
When water carrying minerals evaporates, the minerals stay behind.
