How many times do we get guest authors on ghmb, who are given the opportunity to promot their work and discuss their projects but don't interact. We have had some good authors with great books but there has been some real bad ones. Some who don't respond and some I don't even think they were told they were supposed to be a guest author for the month. Wich brings me to Robert Jameson I would

To create a cloud-based system where information about a city, and as a result everyone in it, is stored and used to control the city. They did, and used the acid mud from their mines, which generated sulphuric acid through bacterial oxidation of pyrite (fools gold). Yes it apeers so. If I took the time to wright a book and was given the opportunity to discuss my ideas, I would jump at the chance. Why do the authors ask to be come a guest and not turn up. I know via the Internet a author who has wrote books and would jump at the chance to be guest author and I bet he would spend as much time as he could on ghmb to discuss his work

Hello and welcome Lenie Reedijk, The photos of the ruin Ġgantija, remind me of the ruins at the knap of howar. In 'The Knap of Howar and the Origins of Geometry' Nicholas Cope demonstrates with precise and exhaustive analysis that geometry, in particular the mathematical ratio we know as the Golden Mean, is a primary element within the architecture of the Knap of Howar. The book is illustrated

I see how they were used as time keepers. But also if we are free to choose our own destiny. How can we can have a situation twice but deal with it differently. For instance one morning £20 note in back pocket. Get breakfast, coffee buy a paper walk into town and do a bit of shopping. Another morning spend £20 on a bet. Why change what makes you decide where and how you spend your time when

The idea that the position of the planets control the kind of day we will have is so crazy that even many astrologers reject it as nonsense. Yet the emerging evidence for planets influencing the Sun and thereby global events suggests that the real problem with astrology is that its claims were simply too modest.
