Hi All So I read this morning the attack was so sophisticated it was doubtful any nation could have defended against it. Source: Quote from source...."I don't think there is any country that could have defended any better than Saudi Arabia did, and that includes the United States," Peter Roberts, director of military sciences at the Royal United Services Institute, told The Ne

Hi EL I don't think this has anything to do with sensible minds and more with strategic minds. Like I said this is a bold move for Iran and they must believe this attack leads to a success of some kind. Such as if the Saud's don't respond then we see a big shift in power and this could lead to a big change in the ME and all accomplished with a bold move but without a war. This might be a game

Hi All From what I understand the US saw and announced the launch but the Saudis protective batteries were protecting the refinery from Yemen sourced attacks. So although warned couldn't use the assets. Iran also used Kuwaiti airspace illegally and knew the holes in Saudi airspace. Which raises the question why would they have holes in their air defense in the direction of Iran? What I hear

Hi Sir I believe there are those who are still capable of rational thought out there in lefteral land. Its difficult sometimes to see the forest through the trees especially when the media is faking the stories, making up and omitting evidence. I was a big lefty at one time and it took awhile for me to understand what was actually going on. It wasn't an overnight change. More like years. Th

Hi Arch I watched a show about a Russian scientist who is trying to introduce cloned Mammoths in Siberia to prevent the thawing. It sounds good and all but I hope they've thought through how they will control their travels. Ha ha Thank you,Dane

Hi Racho Yes, they also make up stories and one has to wonder how long some people are going to keep participating in the lefteral con game. I attended a lecture given by a local conservative group many years ago on intel groups abilities. I'm not on any social medias and curtailed other activities as a result. The abilities these groups possess is truly astounding. Thank you,Dane

Hi EL Yes Iran would be formidable to invade but they would be defeated by the combined might of the right alliance of ME powers such as Egypt,Israel,Jordan,UAE, etc. The distance would not be a problem for Egypt to stage its military in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia. The telling battle for the war would be the air and bombing battle. Once the allies have control of the air and knock out Iran's missi

Hi OC One only has to go back through older post to see I've used various sources. The problem since Trump being elected is lefteral medias omit facts which are presented in other medias. So Yes I've relied more on the medias which provide supported facts. dane

Hi Arch Yes, spot on. You know con games which is part of this propaganda effort by the lefteral involves tricking people into abandoning their principles which normally defends them against what the lefteral media is feeding them. How many times does one have to be lied too before they figure it out they are being conned? Thank You, Dane

Hi EL You bring up some interesting points and yes it could have been worse. It does appear more a warning attack. But there are other things which don't add up because although the Yemen war is a problem for Iran, its not the problem which is crippling its economy. That is the problem of sanctions and ending the war in Yemen won't end them. Also the Saudi's can't end the sanctions just the US

Hi War That is very open of you and I believe your openness will be rewarded as events and info unfold. Yes, I'm sure we do appear more polarised than normal to those outside the US but this is just because of the situation were in right now with some of the media being proxy propaganda arms. If one relies on MSM they are not getting the truth. How many in the US still believe these so

Hi Arch Yeah, I'm very concerned about this blatant act of war against Saudi Arabia and am really pretty surprised at the world reaction where this door which everyone has been warning could open if nothing is done is now open and all that's happened is one day of price instability. I'm like Huh? Am I missing something? Thank you,Dane

Hi Ray Yes Trump has managed to mend some of the terrible foreign policy mistakes of Obama. This approach may not work in this case if there is definitive proof Iran is behind the Saudi attack? The attack if proven to originate from Iran is an act of War and Saudi Arabia not replying, receiving restitution from Iran or Iran punished will create a power shift and loss of support for Saudi Arabi

Hi All This attack and the succeeding war of words without other actions is almost surreal. This source the Sauds have the material evidence to link Iran to the attack while Iran's President denys responsibility and claims Iran doesn't want conflict in the region. According to this source "U.S. officials shared with Saudi Arabia the intelligence reports and their assessment that Iran l

Hi War Yes, I have heard some of these countries you mentioned are having internal problems with differing elements, especially Iran. Which is concerning if one or more are acting outside of their government. Actually I'm not sure which one would be the more concerning, the attack was by rogue elements or sanctioned by Iran's rulers. dane

Hi EL I like Paul but I haven't heard a bunch of warmonger talk over this latest attack on the Saudi oil infrastructure, mostly I've heard the opposite. So I'm not sure who he is mentioning. The other thing is attacking the Saudi oil infrastructure effects the whole world not just Saudi Arabia. So Iran isn't just attacking Saudi Arabia. thank you, dane

Hi War I'm a cyclist meaning I believe things occur in cycles so there are always comparisons or similarities between events but this doesn't mean the level of magnitude or end results will be the same. The point about it being a rogue element is possible but so far we haven't seen anything which supports it. dane

Hi Idjr The problem with retaliation against their oil facilities is it further opens that door of escalation which will increase oil prices and go against the sanctions imposed on Iran. It also crosses the line of a surrogate war and puts Iran in direct conflict with another nation which is something Iran has strived to prevent. So if the attack did originate in Iran this is a huge huge move

Hi BP Yeah, there is something else in play here which could be along the lines of pressure or maybe the Saudis are gathering allies or discussing retaliation with its allies. Its been reported the old alliance between the Sauds,UAE and Egypt has its problems. So maybe the rift has to be worked out first? Just guessing? Thank you,Dane

Hi EL Anything which flies under the radar ground clutter altitude would escape detection which is easy for a drone and cruise missile which use ground terrain radar. There are radars and technologies for detecting them which I believed are being used by the Saudis. So the question is how were these weapons successful? I'm not really sure and like you waiting for more info. I am surprised

Hi War But see its not a multi faceted issue. Stating this makes this statement by Archaic look true...Archaic..".Warwick, is that you don't know anything about the details of what took place. Your understanding is gained from a superficial glossing over of headlines written by people playing a role in the above bad behavior from bad people." As I stated before this is no act by

Hi War The Houthis have been attacking Saudi Arabia with air weapons for a couple of years now. So them attacking isn't a surprise. The use of Iranian weapons and a possible new actor in this play may be surprising. I wouldn't put this attack into the same league as Pearl Harbor. But it was definitely an attention garnering attack. dane
