Absolutely true. But what dog bites the hand that feeds it? eh? It's a shame though when you see good men and women doing the wrong thing for a paycheck.

I find it pathetic that so many people advocate for violence against the other side. What ever that side may be. Whats worse is when the ones advocating violence are only doing it because someone else will be perpetrating it in there name. Hypocrisy and cowardice at its worst.

Regardless of the perceptions we, as the public audience, may have of the events. The fact remains neither man was holding a weapon when shot to death because a government agent with a gun felt threatened. This does not engender respect for the law nor those supposedly tasked with enforcing it. When taking a life is such an easy path for law enforcement when challenged, then they have become n

I'd suggest you buckle up for the ride. We face worse to come. We have been masterfully manipulated into a socially cannibalistic mindset. Always blaming others for our troubles rather than taking responsibility for ourselves is the new paradigm. Confusing simply offensive with willfully criminal. Assuming social fairness is the same as lawful justice. Now that we spend all of our time cha

Ok Mr. Army if pistols are the better weapon then please tell me why both military and police train and use rifles and shotguns to do structure infiltration? Surely they wouldn't send them in improperly armed for the task. I am not against background checks. I am very against background checks being used as a supposed solution to a problem that is not caused by a failure in background checks i

I'm not certain what cr*p of mine your referring to. However your ignorance of weapons, media control, and background check requirements already on the books makes any attempt at dialogue a joke. Peace. P.S. Just because you don't hear about something...doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Tree in the woods and all that.

So by standing up and "laying" claim they are somehow deserving? That's laughable. That has never been how the real world works. The three hundred some odd Paiute have no more power, moral or otherwise, than the ranchers do for a claim for the land. Both the ranchers and the Paiute have been on the receiving end of Federal lies and manipulation. The real difference is the Federa

Or perhaps not: Article 4 sec 3 of the constitution gives control of land to the United States and empowers Congress to regulate and dispose of them. The United States is we the people and our elected representatives as guaranteed by the same Constitution ie a Republic form of government. The Federal government is a separate entity. It is mearly the embodied branches of government at the n

What 'illegal private gun sales' are you referring to? Again note that those intent on breaking law will continue to do so, buying and selling illegal firearms. Making the transfer of legal firearms more difficult doesn't solve this problem. So I ask again, please make a logical argument for your idea. In what way does your idea provide a solution? I am not deaf to logic.

Correction. The Federal government does not own this land. They manage it. Supposedly for the good of we the people.

Yes. And then they lost. History is filled with such. The very land you occupy right now, sitting at your computer, was once claimed by someone else. You want to give it back to them? By all means do so.

And this stops law breaking criminals how? Please, expand on how this idea protects victims from willful violence committed by those who choose to violate other people regardless of any law. While your at it, can you show how any law on a piece of paper saved someone from being violated? The best law can achieve is to provide recourse, after the fact, for the victim and survivors.

This poll is a red herring. In fact there is no practical difference between "big government" and "big business". Both grow and feed off each other at the expense of our labor and compliance.

Fact: There are no "Native Americans" They migrated here like the rest of us. Length of occupancy does not make them magically native. If you can't control the land you have no claim to it. Which is exactly the heart of the matter in Oregon and elsewhere in the west.

While I understand your point I suggest you read the enlistment papers that are signed. You are the property of the government. You are given no choice about the danger you are put in nor who you are expected to kill. And while, at the moment, service is voluntary it has often not been. Thus innocence is still the issue isn't it? I would argue that having a standing military flies in the face

Both sides of this argument revolve around the supposition of moral superiority. An absurd notion no mater the view point. One side believes it is acceptable to dismember an unborn child and suck it into a jar or sell its parts but shooting someone with a firearm is unconscionable behavior that must be stopped. The other side believes the unborn child is precious but has no qualms sending t

....stop looking to others, especially those seeking power, for answers to your problems because....wait for it... They don't care about you. Sorry to break it to ya that way. But sometimes harsh reality is the only way.

I know there is no free market. See my first post. But free market in no way implies anarchy or lawlessness. People calling what we live under Capitalism is ignorant and dangerous. It is falling prey to a cultural subversion used to create one more divide among us. Knowledge is key. Knowing what things are actually supposed to be makes it easier to recognize the lie. But people don't want to

If we had a free market that idiot would have only been shooting himself in the foot because in a free market there would be others producing the drug. Without competition there are no "real" market forces to control greed and stupidity. It is only in in the now broken top down economy we have that such an idiot can do such a thing and stay in business. Every Robber Baron, Mogul, and

You've made my point for me, thank you. You've shown exactly why definitions are so important to our understanding. The free in free market does not, as you imply, mean free for nothing or free for the taking. It means freedom. Freedom to choose and do as you wish as long as it harms no one. Freedom to conduct your business, both personal and commercial, with out having to first seek permissio

Miriam's definition is by no means a theory nor abstract. The key lies in the the final words....free market. Something we do not have nor have had for generations. Your "definition" is no more valid or succinct since how people start, run or change a business is regulated by a government controlled by bigger corporate interests. A Free market is not allowed. Try it sometime witho

Do not confuse capitalism with corporate theocracy. From Meriam Wbster Capitalism: : an economic system characterized by private or corporate ownership of capital goods, by investments that are determined by private decision, and by prices, production, and the distribution of goods that are determined mainly by competition in a free market Not one of us, nor several generations bef

Well there is certainly plenty of modern parallels for elite survival. In fact it does make me wonder what sort of plans exist for retrieval of the seeds presently stored in deep freeze. But you have to imagine the pyramids as recovery vaults would require the participation of the populous at large as apposed to today when a government or rich individual could have a sanctuary or vault built

Congratulations on the book guys. I can't wait to read it. However, having not read it makes it tough to ask intelligent questions. But here it goes anyway :) Assuming I'm following the proposed theory correctly. Have you found any information outside of lower Egypt that lends support? The reason I ask is that it would make sense to me to also preserve "information" regarding the v
