Her are two pictures of the Shroud where the back side is visible ( top/ upside down). According to the article from Discovery News, the backside shows a face, too. I´m not so sure when I look at the right picture, upside down. What do you think?

Very interesting indeed! It seems like the Shroud still holds a few secrets. By the way, have you heard about the similarities between the Shroud and the Sudarium of Oviedo? There are some: Quote"The first and most obvious coincidence is that the blood on both cloths belongs to the same group, namely AB. The length of the nose through which the pleural oedema fluid came onto the sudarium

There is a connection between the nephilim, anunnaki, rephaim, anakim, philistines, celts.... in short, all the ancient, tall, sometimes extremely tall, people. I once posted some links to sites about this subject on the Mysteries board. The thread: Our "giant" ancestors. Some of those links: And some additional reading if you´re not tired yet... Well, th

Maria Esperanza, said to be one of the greatest mystics in modern times, died on Saturday after a long illness. Her life was truly remarkable: She´ll be in my prayers. Gabi

Hi Will! Mel Gibson was partly inspired by the visions of two women, Anne Catherine Emmerich ( real name: Anna Katharina Emmerich) and Maria de ( =from) Agreda when he created this movie. I find their visions very interesting. Maria de Agreda is known as " the Blue Nun", or "the Lady in Blue" because of this intriguing story: [ []] Anna Katharina Emmerich, like Maria de A

I´m really not into movies. And I haven´t been out to see one for at least ten years. But something tells me, that this is a movie out of the ordinary, and I can´t wait to see it. Of course, we can never know exactly what happened in ancient Israel, but I guess that a film about Christ, where the actors speak in Latin and Aramaic, will at least feel more genuine than any other biblical film anyo

Hi again Lee! Yes, I heard about Jesse Jackson´s involvement in the case. What is your opinion on what he´s doing here? Regarding news channels, including Fox, as you mention, I agree. The ideal situation would certainly be if all of them would be objective. The second best: That all people have acess to channels with different vievpoints...for comparision. None of the above is the reality th

Hello Lee, Yes, you might be right about Bush. After all, he´s not at all in favour of life all the time, he´s for the death penalty, and the war in Iraq (which is definitly not for life...) If you read my post to the end you understand that I´m not impressed with either of the US parties. When I wrote about the (official!) commitment for life from the conservatives in the US, I think you und

Hi, You wrote: "they're all websites with a definate agenda" Yes, I agree. Well, what could their agenda be? To preserve a life, perhaps? In my opinion, it is basically quite simple. Liberals cherish freedom (liberty) the most. So a liberal (mainstream) newssite/ newspaper/TV-channel would certainly select and promote news that favours their view of life...liberty. Conservatives

Dear Lee, Sadly, not all of the facts have been checked by the courts. And some disturbing facts have been almost ignored by the courts. The bone scan for instance. Judge Greers 2002 ruling, denying investigation into the scan, here: Just like you, I question everything I read. That´s why I know the importance of comparing information, from sources with different viewpoints, or agendas, and s

Hi Lee! To me, the most important thing here is to check facts from different angles. Only then a proper judgement can be made. Do you believe in everything you read in the main stream press? And do you think all those nurses lie?

Hi! Thanks for checking it out! After a quick search on the internet yesterday, I found basically what you mentioned. I would like to add a few more things: From what I found it seems that Hammesfahr was nominated by Congressman Michael "Mike" Bilirakis, who received a letter from G.D.M. Munson, asking him to nominate Hammesfahr. (Check the left side of the document for Munso

Hi all, Do you have half an hour to spare? Or at least a few minutes? I know, we live in a fast moving world, but sometimes to get the whole picture, we have to slow down and consider all the facts. What am I saying here? Well, putting the spotlight on some, in my opinion, important parts of the Schiavo story, that the main stream press doesn´t focus on, makes me wonder about Michael Schiavos mo

Hi Gene! Another source to the Noah story is the book of Jasher. If it´s genuine, which some people doubt, it´s very interesting. It describes the biblical events in more detail than the bible. Here some examples: I too believe, that once the people of the world were connected to each other because of these mariners/traders.

Gene, Whatever case anyone puts forward as a proof that we all have, or I would rather say are, a soul, an energy body, some people will never be convinced. It´s sad, because it´s like saying: -I don´t want to know myself, it could be a frightening experience. And yet many people nowadays turn to alternative medicine, like acupuncture, with their health problems, without thinking about the fact

Hi Gene! I agree with you. The so-called spirits are not something "supernatural", whatever that means, but something very natural. I´m sure science will confirm that in time. I believe, that the difference between the physical and spiritual world is just a matter of energy vibrating on different levels. Our soul, or energy body, has a higher vibration than our physical body. When we

Hi Gary! Thanks for the links! I had a quick look at "The Orion zone". Actually, in my bookshelf, is a wonderful book about the Hopi culture which I can recommend to anyone, especially someone who wants to get familiar with the way the Hopi see the world. It includes loads of information about the ant people, Masau´u (Masaw), Taiowa, Orion, the Pleiades, the Kachinas, Pahána (the los

Gene, that thought has crossed my mind, too. These metal clamps, or cramps, were used in ancient Egypt, Greece, Bolivia, Peru, Cambodia, the Maldives... Ancient mariners probably brought the Indus culture all around the globe. The Maldivian reed boats, dhonis, looked very much like their Egyptian, Sumerian and Indian counterparts. Actually, according to Heyerdahl, they looked even more like t

Hi Gene! Thanks for your reply! Yes, the Maldives are slowly disappearing. It´s really a shame, not only because of their beauty, but also because of their, not so well-known, culture heritage. I might write more about the Redin people and their lost civilization when I have the time. All I can say now, is that they are another piece of the puzzle. I´m referring to the ancient mariners who, in
