Hi Nolondil and all, You said: "As far as the recent swings in weather for the Netherlands (and Europe in general I presume) -- that's what global warming predicts. More extreme, erratic and unpredictable weather." Indeed! Most disturbing. Regards, Kees

Dear all, During the first weekend of May, the entire GH.com team will be joined in their annual team meeting at Graham’s place in England. We are very much looking forward to that occasion as you can imagine. Steve will fly in from Canada and Kees will do so from the Netherlands. Guy, Steve and Richard are all from within England and are forced to use less luxurious forms of transport. This 20

Hi Nico and all, Great shots!! We had almost 50 cm of snow. And one week later we hit almost 20 degrees celcius PLUS. That is a difference of 40 degrees in one week in our little country. Never have seen this before. Regards, Kees

Hi Askani and all, Four day's of Rome can give you plenty of taste if you focus on the main features. If you want to learn Rome well, you need at least a month, maybe two. Whatever you do, use a full day for the St Peter and the Vatican. And when in the St Peter, get upstairs. The roof section holds a surprise for you. Then continue and go to the top to have this view over Rome. You will

Hi Nico and all, Yep, your analysis is valid for me. My guess is that this "be healthy" issue has all to do with corporate cost management, and zilch with an individual’s quality of life. Some one is making huge bucks out of this. You see, a healthy employee delivers more secure turn over than one with a higher health risk. The interests of those who make the big money are well guarde

Hi all, Soon to hit the theatres over here, Ringu2. Did any of you saw Ringu 1, also known as The Ring? I thought The Ring to be one of the most frightening movies ever, maybe even only second to The Exorcist. Shivering already, Kees

Hi all, Every now and then a poster takes it upon him/her to ask for some extra features to be implemented on the GHMB's. We over at the GH.com team are very happy with these incentives and always look into them to see what we can do to further enhance your stay at the GHMB. Recently we had a suggestion from Efrem about a possible chat room, as well as a major "to do" list for us from

Hi Deep1 and all, I once heard that during the Viking plundering period, the males over here where ordered to have a rope around their necks all the time. This could come in handy whenever a Viking felt he should hang one of us. The tie developed from that. No doubt an urban myth but still a good story :-)) Regards, Kees

Hi Shesemba, That is a serious list :-)) We will go over it and see what we can do. Please remember we use Phorum software to drive this MB so not all suggestions you make are easy to implement and sometimes need additional scripting. Regards, Kees The GH.com team

Hi all, Last week in the news over here an item about an American company who will sack you on the spot if they find out you have been smoking PRIVATLY AT HOME!!!! To what lengths will the "Gezundheids Gestapo" go?? Next you are sacked because "they" discover you haven’t spend enough time in the gym, or have been slow on eating fresh fruit and vegetables or been up late for
