But more to your point, it really does not matter where you view the celestial clock from anymore than it matters how you view a clock on the wall. You might see your clock from the left or right side of the room, or from the ceiling or the floor, but the time on the clock remains the same. So it is when we view where the Sun is on the Autumnal Equinox (the hour hand of the ages) and how this slices the heavens (in which constellation it falls). We can be looking from anywhere on earth on that date and we all see the same celestial time.
