Reading online is somewhat limited I agree, specifically with illustration quality. The book streamer is due for a revamp but not in time for this month I am afraid. CN is a new organisation and up and coming over here and I am sure that eventually they will do well. But Rome wasn't built in day and there are very few illustrated books on the site as yet hence the reader has been adequate for text...then along came my illustrated books...
Print in USA also available but rather slow from order to CN to delivery from printers I would imagine and whether full USA coverage is available I am unsure. I shall check the coverage and post here regarding that. Amazon availability is fine over here although the costs are bumped up by suppliers. I don't understand why they supply some regions and not others. Riaan had that difficulty a couple of weeks ago when ordering Deluge. Luckily she had relations in Ireland who took delivery and sent the book on to South Africa for her. Cheapest method is direct from CN where the order goes straight to the printer who delivers to the customer with no middle wholesaler involved. However, we do not have global coverage as yet...
Which in part is why I recommend conventional PDF download. Anyway PDF is much cheaper and searchable.
To download [or buy paper version]
Go to the AoM page, click on the title of the book required on the right hand side of the page where the two illustrations are seen.
This will take you to the correct page for download etc.
On the left hand side of the page, opposite the cover illustration and above the book blurb is the 'Click here to buy eBook version for £5.99' button.
This takes one to Paypal and once they are sorted a link to download the PDF is supplied. Given the size of the books the PDF takes a minute or two to appear but it does work.
I hope this solves the problem, any other queries please let me know and I shall immediately chase them up.
