I've written a lot about PKD over on Tony's BLOG and FORUM but I still consider only a handful of his works to be ITLADic in nature (albeit extremely so).

Initially comes VALIS, potentially THE most ITLADic of PKD's work, then UBIK and COUNTER-CLOCK WORLD (which contains the ANARCH PEAK synchrondipity) and lastly I would mention A SCANNER DARKLY.
