"The End is coming... for Christianity."

This is true for the Catholic Church and other state religions because this is what the Bible foretells and so many of its other prophecies have come true. Revelation says that the world's rulers will turn on organised religion and devour it "and the smoke from it will rise for ever and ever". This implies that it will never come back. The world is entering a very unstable period but it will not mean the end of life on earth. Isaiah passes on God's promise what will happen to the world's principal Chrisitan religion:

"Come down and sit in the dust, O daughter of Babylon. Sit down on the earth where there is no throne... For you will not experience again that people call you delicate and dainty... Uncover your veil. Strip off the flowering skirt. Uncover the leg. Cross over the rivers. You ought to uncover your nakedness. Vengeance is what I shall take, and I shall not meet any man kindly. Sit down silently and come into the darkness... for you will not experience again that people call you Mistress of Kingdoms... And you kept saying: 'To time indefinite I shall prove to be mistress, forever.'... And now hear this, you pleasure-given woman, the one sitting in security, the one saying in her heart: 'I am, and there is nobody else. I shall not sit as a widow'... But to you these two things will come suddenly, in one day: loss of children and widowhood. In their complete measure they must come upon you, for the abundance of your sorceries, for the full might of your spells - exceedingly. And you kept trusting in your badness. You have said: 'There is no one seeing me'. Your wisdom and your knowledge - this is what has led you away; and you kept saying in your heart: 'I am, and there is nobody else'. And upon you calamity must come... And upon you there will suddenly come a ruin that you are not accustomed to know... You have grown weary with the multitude of your counsellors. Let them stand up, now, and save you, the worshippers of the heavens... They will actually wander, each one to his region. There will be no one to save you." (Isaiah 47)

The key passage in the above is: "for you will not experience again that people call you Mistress of Kingdoms...". Since 1763 the august Almanach de Gotha has been the ultimate authority on the royal houses of Europe. Listed under 'Reigning Sovereign Houses' is the Holy See. Therein is stated:

"The incumbent of the Holy See is considered by Christian sovereign families as the 'Father of the Family of Kings', [and] his Holiness represents the OLDEST MONARCHY on earth"

The triple sovereignty of the Pope, Holy See and Vatican City, is distinct in fact and in law. Internationally, he is not subject to any authority on earth. His Cardinals are considered to be Princes of the Church and peers of the sons of reigning monarchs.

Each diocese is considered to be a royal fiefdom. The word 'diocese' originally signified an administrative unit devised by the Emperor Diocletian, a tyrant noted for his persecution of Christians.

The book of Revalation explains the Isaiah's communication in even more vivid terms. The political wild beast will turn on her. In fact, God will put it into the hearts of politicians to carry out his will:

"The waters that you saw, where the harlot is sitting, mean peoples and crowds and tongues. And the ten horns that you saw and the wild beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her devastated and naked and will eat up her fleshy parts and will completely burn her with fire.

For God put it into their hearts to carry out his thought, even to carry out their one thought by giving their kingdom to the wild beast, until the words of God will have been accomplished. And the woman that you saw means the great city that has a kingdom over the kings of the earth." (Revelation 17: 15-18)

The political wild beast's "one thought" is simply to desire moe power. James.

Knowledge is a process of piling up facts;
wisdom lies in their simplification.
