With what I've read about the denisovans so far,
I thought we were talking giants, or big people at the least,
When the hobbit remains were found on Flores,
it made headlines, and appeared on TV news,
evidence of a separate branch of humanity, of small, hobbit like people,
unless I missed it, do you guys, as i,
wonder why the denisovan story has been so low key,
in the mainstream, compared to the hobbit story?
Are giants taboo?
I just recently read about mammoths surviving on an isolated arctic island,
as recently as two thousand years ago!,
That also ties to the idea that accounts of dragons might actually be accounts of encounters with isolated pockets of survivor dinosaurs,
let's not forget the age of sharks and crocodiles,
This also ties in with what drew brought up, "the black swan theory"
unbelieved until seen,
Why not giants?,
The evolutionary timeline seems all over the place now,
All these different branches of humanity co-existing
I also like the idea of a race of shamanistic, autistic savants,
It would explain the fascination with patterns, numbers and cycles,
a people unconcerned about material trappings,
leaving only odd stone monuments and mounds,
A different kind of "advanced"
Is this pure speculation, or is there actual evidence?,
As for the drug thing?,
its well documented that many humans, and some animals, seek out inebriation,
Its a funny thing,
Andrew, you said you took mushrooms, how did find out that certain mushrooms do funny things?,
Anyway, to mix up the words of Brian 3,
Thanks in advance for any response
