I will leave you with one thing. The teeth relating to a date of 420 kya in the Qesem cave - the same age as the swan wing bone - are more humanlike like than those of younger occupational levels. These begin to show Neanderthal traits. I suspect introgression between the earlier Qesem individuals and the later Neanderthals. I can't see one turning into the other, although this can never be ruled out.
So who was humanity's community ancestor?? And what was he/she doing between 800 kya when we split with the common ancestor of the Neanderthals and Denisovans and 400 kys when the Qesem individuals were doing their thing?
