I mind being tasked with why they -- NASA et al -- went wrong, therefore loop back to the principle: [grahamhancock.com]
explaining where they erred. How subsequent calculations & formulas are applied in context of fundamentally flawed theory, is rather worthless regardless of methodology - to whatever degree of mathematical madness such may be extrapolated.

Any noticable change in the rate of precession, therefore, is an illusion.

I have substantiated the obliquity parameters and how such determine true Polar wander to occur in a 72°dia. circle. Moreover, shown the cause & effect by interdisciplinary means and demonstrate how such is the driver of climate. Impact induced axial gyration incurs three dimensions, whereas Luni-Solar gravity theory is restricted to angular momentum wrt Earth's orbit - two dimensional, mainstream interpretation of precession is respective a 2D plane.

Over & above transposing terrestrial physics on planetary motion (Earth's axis is not anchored like the spinning top..), some voodoo is required to torque Earth's axis a fraction every lap... when in actual fact, the 'gravity BS' ought to advance the equinox 2x180° in a single 360° revolution... one orbit, instead of 25920 (like temp. graphs, such is bound to trigger an avalanche of textbooks & formulas :-) The establishment has much revision, concerning great many assumptions, cut out for them.

Changing star co-ordinates is the only tangible evidence of Earth's retrograde action. The tempo at which the star pattern is produced = the rate of precession. The sprinters' shadow accompanies him at the pace in which he runs the distance. The burden of reviewing their work and owing up to why it is so unsatisfactory (to put it mildly), lies with academia...
