Unfortunately, nothing remains of the McKees Rocks Mound. There's a construction company (?) there now. All the rock on the bluff was used for paving projects. You can see where it was from Brunot's Island and even from the north side of the river.

Was one of the elaborately decorated bodies female?

The facial reconstruction is interesting although, again, DNA would be helpful. The heavy brow ridges look almost Neanderthal.
