These are very interesting I believe, and confirm that by the time the Hongshan people were carving the shui jing glass they had well developed pictograms. Note that most, but not all the pictogramas, on the base of the seals, which I take to be signatures, are in relief. A minority are incised, and this includes three classic Zhulongs with a simple circle. Remember the Zhulong is one of the central icons. The pictograms otherwise don’t match closely with the animals, some of which are simple (eg dogs, turtle, birds, cicadas, skull), others distinctly surreal. Your observations please!!

I shall try to put them in the right order

1 to 5A, then B

6 to 10 A then b

11 to 15 A then B

16 to 20 A then B

21 to 25 A then B

26 t0 30 B

31 to 35 A then B

36 A then B

These are the stamped seals, image highlighted in pencil

The seals where thr characters are in relief would be much clearer imprinted in wax
