Of course NOT!! How many times do I have to write that none, not one single one, of the things I believe requires 100% faith. All the things I believe - and I repeat none of them needs faith alone [have objective evidence to back them up.All are subject to review and challenge. When a new an verified fact is decided upon which then replaces the previous facts, then anyone with any sense will move on to that new information.Quote
So, Susan, does what you think and know qualify your version as the ultimate reality?
I'm not sure exactly what you think I am disagreeing with particularly, but |I challenge points in discussion so that the proponents can put forward better objective evidence than is available at present. If the evidence presented is explicable by any other means than faith/subjective/other-personal, or, on rare occasions, by don't know, then it is all interesting discussion, but I am not going to accept an unsupported faith belief; and it matters not how many millions of people have a similar belief.Quote
Or are you disagreeing just for "a discussion"?
Yes, thank you.Quote
Do you know that I sent you a PM?
But if both lead to views that are don't knows, then they must remain that way, not ascribed to a faith beliefin the meantime.Quote
I value two things: INQUIRY and INSIGHT. One cannot exist without the other.
