Good for you, Jude!!! The more we constitute consciousness with elaborate displays of awareness and reaction, the more we widen the doorway to experiences of such intrinsic levels of that formula of consciousness. That is that somehow we can not miss the obvious: life is all pervading, the stuff of awareness and choice at any level of realization. It is spooky to consider the extent of awareness. As the old saying goes, as above, so below, as below, so above. I think it is TOO MUCH INFORMATION, maybe unnecessary to our human awareness. We may consider that consciousness is too much the ALL, yet most people live constrained lives, with or without awareness of OTHER life forms. It is too easy to just soak in the basic forms of life, without scrutinizing the possibility of Many levels of awareness and reaction. I know I become breathless when I consider the EXTENT of life, here, and elsewhere (Mars?).

The truth may set you free, but how willing is one to prescribe the immensity of that realization of LIFE?

What gets me is that we humans are so imaginative to suspect life "out there" but we barely consider "here" on Earth as the best possible candidate for exploring life. That is not to say there isn't life elsewhere, but as least here we have the abundant evidence of life at every level.
