Dear Mark and everyone,

as my perspective is that we don't have consciousness but that we and the whole world are consciousness - and that I expand what we mean by 'living' and 'intelligence' to the entire Universe -for me panpsychism is how I understand and experience reality.

Plant and microbial intelligence, as biologists are progressively realising, is more coherent and communicative than hitherto appreciated.

I'm looking forward to delving into this much more deeply in my next book Gaia: Her-Story.
