You have misunderstood the basic premise. I have absolutely no interest in The Instructions of Shuruppak as it is translated. I have done my own translation with a different method. In this post, they are presented one after the other. The name Shuruppak is not that of a person. Shuruppak is a place. (Strangely enough, this is recognized by academia in the context of the Sumerian King List but not in this text.)
So I can't comment on anything in your post. It makes no sense! Two separate and opposing translations! Please don't conflate them. It's excrutiating and I'm sure you are much too nice of a guy to want to inflict such pain!
