The only addition I can make to my already pretty extensive explanation of the translation method applied to a particular phrase within the broader context of a referenced text is that I consider the noun to come before the adjectives qualifying it. I have no reason whatsoever to twist the words around to your suggested interpretation which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense in comparison.
