Dear Dr. Graham,
Namaste’. How ancient is the understanding of Sacred Geometry? I think as ancient as any civilization that has existed, whether through their sciences or intuitions. I believe at least some in each civilization reach such enlightenment. The globally shared symbolism with similar root meanings I write about is evidence of such archetypal knowledge. Today’s science is finding the same geometries in the macrocosmic fabric of the universe, CDT - Causal Dynamical Triangulation which is evidencing that the cosmic fabric is triangular based, much like a Buckminster Fuller geodesic dome and similarly stated by Plato in Timeaus and in the microcosm of our DNA, which, when its double helix is shown down the “pipe” of it rather than the side, exhibits the shape of a six pointed star in the middle of it. I do not think this is coincidental. This knowledge and enlightenment seems to be cyclical, it is gained and lost and regained again. It is like an eon’s long game of “telephone” where the message has gotten garbled with bits and pieces of it getting through, but not all of it, leaving some guide posts and hints, but also outward and inward journey present civilizations have to explore. (I apologize; I really am trying to be brief)
The Lost Civilization? I think there has been probably more than one. The universe seems more cyclical than linear. I know you have written of one, sometimes called Atlantis, and then the lost civilization Graham and Robert write about with the followers of Horus, and the forgotten civilization Dr. Schoch writes about to name some of them. In any case, yes I believe they, at least some, understood what today is called Sacred Geometry.
