In all honesty, I think that 'The Complete Idiot's Guide for Dummies' may be the most important book since Girl Power: The Official Book by the "Spice Girls or Principia. It changed my life.
That being said, I fear that it might not be a good listen. In the first chapter, the authors cover all the essential basics, capturing the widest possible audience by explaining what the reader should focus on in moving forward, how the black parts of the page constitute 'text', and the larger white portions should, as a general rule, be disregarded.
Maybe they'll have an audio version (and please inform me if this is so, as soon as you can!), but again, the part about how to hold the book and turn the pages while reading would be completely useless information in audio format.
