What do you think about the idea of setting up something like an "interview of the month"? It could run alongside the traditional AOM, except perhaps we could go for some very high profile names who wouldn't normally like to commit to a month of discussion.

Here's how I envision it:
1) We have a IOM suggestions thread where board members suggest names.

2) When there seems to be a lot of interest towards a certain person, a member of the mod team can contact that person and see if they will commit to answering 10 questions or so.

3) When we have a green light, we have a questions thread for that person, and we pick the top 10 questions and email them off, then we post the results back on the boards.

What do you think? Is it something you would be interested in participating in? If so, do you have any name suggestions?
