It isnt true. First of all a sneeze happens faster than a single heart beat so one sneeze would not even make your heart skip. When you sneeze your chest contracts and your heart muscles along with it but this is normal and part of our basic design. It would be possible if you have a specific heart condition that was sever enough and you had a sever fit of prolonged coughing that your heart could go arithmic and lead to a heart attack but that would be the sneeze, it would be the condition.
